I'll challenge that mag glycinate is superior to citrate. The threonate is legit, though.

Fish Oil Multi vitamin

This plus glucosamine chondroitin. My Dr said there is some evidence that they work and some that they don't, but either way, it won't hurt you.

Pre workout:
30mg Adderall
Monster Ultra Zero
Sujra mighty greens juice
Skoal mint

Recovery:
Steak
Eggs
Milk
MP combat whey

Anything else is a waste of money. If you are going to spend money on anything, spend it on some test cyp and D Bol.

I research the various ingredients in my pre-workout, buy the stuff I want in bulk, then custom make my own pre workout. Ingredients focused on pump and endurance.

All I use for stimulant is 2 cups of coffee and that's only when cutting.

Bcaa's for intra workout with a couple additives for pump

Eta Powder multivitamin in the morning, Flintstone vitamin at night. Fish oil, flaxseed oil, cla oil, joint care stuff, hmb, phosphatidic acid, electrolytes, kombucha tea, glutamine, creatine monohydrate, kre-alkalyn
