I used to drink a good bit on the weekends. Meet up with friends at the bar or restaurant and spend 4 hrs hanging out and catching up. Now with kid we might go to a friends house, or have friends come to ours for dinner for 2 hrs or so on a fri/sat. night. Usually just a beer or two and a little green. Relaxing and I don't wake up with a hangover at 6am having to start up the bottle and change a shite diaper.
*** I wish my wife smoked, but she doesn't mind if I do in the evening after everything is taken care of for the day.

My GF will take a few rips off my oil pen every now and then. It affects so little in either of our lives that I cant even form an opinion

Yeah there’s also a big difference btw people who smoke recreationally once in a while to relieve stress or anxiety or whatever, and people whose entire lives revolve around smoking to the point that they’re high more often than not. I’ve seen quite a few people like that who I eventually stopped hanging around bc they turned into lazy slouches who just wanted to smoke. I feel pity for people who have the need/want/desire to smoke that much (or drink that much)
