Don't mess w/ Oklahoma women. Oklahoma has the highest % of females that are incarcerated in the country. They like meth and guns, it's not a pretty combo.

A legal adult male is in a house that his not his. Even if the minor invited him in, she has no legal authority to do that, it's not her house, and she is not a legal adult. The mother comes home and finds uninvited male adult in home with minor daughter. She now should have right to defend her home and herself.

The man had no legal right to be in the home since a legal adult did not allow him in.
