I assume that this is done for universally accepted engineering reasons and not because the South is gonna South? There's a lot of construction in NYC and I don't recall this happening there? I remember they had a building partially collapse in NYC and the firefighters were climbing all over that shite with ladders to retrieve the body like it was nothing.
