Old neighbor had a dog named Dammit.
There is a commercial making the rounds for some dog food and the kid's dog is named Duck. I thought that was a stupid name.

A black German Shepard we had as a kid. Parents named her Africa.Cousin was working there in the 70's and brought the puppy back.
