Yes. Dr phils shows are on YouTube.

My guess is Dr Phil already knew exactly how the CBS show would present evidence inferring Burk did it.

Dr Phils show seem like a well timed PR move to me.

- how does someone hide in a house for hours?

- so he crept upstairs and grabbed the girl and took her to the basement and killed her?

- all while nobody in the house woke up?

- it's a HOUSE! I would wake up if I heard a creak on the stairs!

I just don't see how all this could occur in a confined space without obvious noises, the girl screaming, some commotion being made.... why risk killing her in the house, strangling her no less which will probably make her struggle and wake someone up?

There is an A&E series that actually looks at the facts and science and it is clear she was killed by unknown assailant of Hispanic origin. (In a Santa Clause suit but that is from different source not in the show)

That "documentary" was produced by Mills Production and along with Michael Tracey - who was shown in this "documentary" as an unbiased "expert - have a long history with John and Patsy Ramsey and have been proven to have included lies and distortions of this case in their FOUR previous "documentaries" on the Jon Benet case.

That Dutch "DNA expert" that was interviewed in the A&E "documentary"?

quote:

"A Denver prosecutor got Eikelenboom to admit that he had no direct DNA extraction or analysis experience, that he operates a lab that has not been accredited, that he personally failed his basic proficiency texts in 2011 and 2012, and admitted that he was a 'self-trained' in running DNA profiles," the DA's office said.

The DNA test mentioned over and over only used four markers, instead of the standard 13 - they left that tidbit of info out.

Basically, that A&E "documentary" was absolute, utter, biased garbage.

The DA was in the Ramsey's pocket. Inside job. I think the creepy brother did it.

Obviously DNA evidence was tampered with by the DA

This will go down as one of the biggest unsolved murders. Pretty sad that no one will ever know any answers. In my mind the Ramsey's did it. The ransom note is about as ridiculous as they come. There is zero chance that a sadistic child killer kills that little girl and never ever kills again or killed before her. On the last part of the series shown last night the pathologist and forensic scientist conclude that there was no real sexual assault that occurred. So it was a ploy to think a sexual predator killed her. If sexual fantasy was not the motive of an outside intruder than what was? We know they didn't really want ransom money either? Why ask a millionaire for $118,000? It's obviously an inside job

In my opinion, they wrote the note in desperation to give the illusion that it wasn't them. well educated or not, your dead child is in your house and you're looking for an alibi, you're ransom note isn't going to be the most well drafted document in history.

The $118K could give the husband the alibi that someone from work did it knowing his finances, and he did indicate there was a disgruntled ex co-worker who was fired and making threats. Fits the narrative of writing the ransom note.

The fact that the DA lied on national TV when he said no charges were brought by the grand jury. Yet when a judge ordered the proceedings released, the grand jury had agreed on 4 charges.

That guy was bought and paid for, and still hides behind 'grand jury secrecy' when asked, despite a court already having released that info

A PD officer stated that he was present when the charges were returned, and the DA then said that he would need to talk to 'his people' first. The FBI dropped the case the next morning

He even said that he had to consider the situation because the decision was "political."

btw, the ID 3-part documentary on it was really good. Gave a good balanced account between the intruder theory vs. non-intruder theory.

They showed that the touch DNA testing was botched. Only used 3 markers instead of standard minimum 13 markers. This means that everyone has to go back to the drawing board on certain things. Because not only does it bring back in certain intruder suspects that were ruled out for not matching DNA, but it also brings back in the Ramseys since the DNA on her clothing isn't sure to be that from a criminal in the first place.

The Ramsey attorney on Dr. Phil flat out said that they threatened the DA's office with a suit if they did not come to a conclusion exonerating the Ramseys. He said this in a manner to convey that they were going to go on the offensive to prove the innocence of the Ramseys if they had to, but it just came across to me that they were going to pressure the DA to reach an illegitimate conclusion without doing a truly impartial investigation.

It seems to me that the Ramseys don't want this case solved. They want to establish their innocence in the public and move on. Patsy's dead and Burke is out of college. Burke can't be charged because he was too young at the time. There is no longer a family to hold together. It's just John at risk now. It's a PR game.

It's ludicrous that a grand jury voted to indict both parents and the slime ball DA overruled them and lied about it. The grand jury basically agreed that Burke did it and they covered it up. Jonbenet will never have justice.

I'm just glad that the autopsy was performed soon enough before people were intimidated and or paid off, so we have a legitimate knowledge of her cause of death.

Same with 911 operator and recorded call.

I missed last night's Pt. 2 (Chicago Bears MNF). I'll catch it tonight.

But, random thought, were the parents ever drug tested? Did the affluent parents maybe take something after a night at a Christmas party (ex: Ambien) and forget to go to sleep?

Weird, unexplainable things happen all the time when you take certain drugs (like Ambien) after drinking.

It's just such a strange, bizarre tragedy. I just can't see anyway that the parents or brother didn't do it?

I doubt they were drug tested. Hell, they wouldn't agree to individual interviews with the police til months later.
I'm not sure what would be proven by a drug test anyway.

Yup.. that is just so dang odd.

It's clearly not a random sexual predator, because it's someone who knows more.. and it's most likely a cover up from the inside.. just so much ridiculous stuff going on.

Really? It's a pretty known and stated I thought? OF COURSE SHE WAS NAME AFTER HER DAD..

quote:

What Does JonBenet Ramsey’s Name Mean? The Unique Name Was Inspired By Her Father CBS With the 20th anniversary of the unsolved murder of JonBenét Ramsey around the corner – along with the release of numerous documentaries coming to TV this fall – the mysterious case has generated a great deal of media interest. Over the past two decades, we've learned about some of the very peculiar and bizarre details surrounding the child pageant queen’s murder, but no one has been convicted and the case remains a mystery, to this day. The lengthy investigation dug into the Ramsey's family history and uncovered every aspect of the 6-year-old girl’s short life and brutally untimely death. However, something that might not be so well-known is the meaning behind JonBenét Ramsey’s name. It’s surely a unique name that bears significance from her father’s own name. JonBenét is actually portmanteau, or a blend of two words that creates an entirely new word. The 6-year-old blonde beauty queen – who was found bludgeoned and strangled to death in the basement of her home in Boulder, Colorado, on Dec. 26, 1996 – was named after her father by combining his first and middle names, John Bennet, but her name is pronounced with a French flare.

I saw the show last night and I think it was the brother. The kid had a habit of placing "grapefruit" size balls of shite around the house. He also rubbed shite on JonBenet's Christmas candy.

The brother is/was clearly mentally disturbed, he killed his sister, and his parents covered it up so he wouldn't go to jail.
