It was 3 males and 1 female, all members of green peace. the female distracted the crew of a harvey supply vessel (not sure how she did that, but we can use our imaginations). While she was distracting them, the 3 guys pulled up in a small boat, threw grappling hooks over the side the vessel, and climbed aboard. Once aboard they wrote "Arctic" in grease across the back deck, then made it all the way to the wheelhouse before being noticed.
Harvey is building a large vessel called "The Arctic"(i think that's the name), and it will be working out of the wildlife refuge in Alaska, which green peace is protesting.
All 4 people were caught and arrested.
That's all i know for now

It was a Harvey Gulf Boat which is owned by Shane Guidry, son of Robert Guidry, the former owner of the Treasure Chest casino in Kenner. Guidry testified that he paid $1.5 million in kickbacks to Edwin Edwards and former Edwards aide Andrew Martin.

According to the environmental group Greenpeace, the arrested activists intended to send a message to U.S. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar, who spoke at a news conference in Galliano today. A representative for Salazar was at Port Fourchon this morning, the Lafourche Sheriff's Office said. Photos posted on the Greenpeace website show a message, “Arctic Next?” scrawled in brown on the side of the 240-foot Harvey Explorer offshore service vessel. The environmental group claims the message was written with oil from the BP-leased Deepwater Horizon oil leak. The group claims the vessel, which is owned by New Orleans-based Harvey Gulf International, is leased to Shell and is preparing to depart in support of drilling off the Alaskan coast this summer, which environmental groups have opposed. A spokesman for Shell could not immediately verify whether the vessel was leased to the oil company. A spokesman for Harvey Gulf did not immediately return a call for comment. The seven out-of-state activists are charged with unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, the Sheriff's Office said. They were booked at the Lafourche Parish jail in Thibodaux. Bonds had not been set as of 6:30 p.m. The arrested protesters are: -Lindsey Renee Allen, 28, of Vacaville, Calif. -Lauren Valle, 23, of Falmouth, Mass. -Emma Cassidy, 24, of Washington, D.C. -David Pomerantz, 24, of Irvington, N.Y. - Georgia F. Hirsty, 25, of Washington, D.C.

If they were attacking my vessels, instant bullet between the eyes. There the enemy as for as I am concerned.

I never really thought of pirates as being lame, until I thought of green peace pirates.

They would have become some of the "perished wildlife" if they tried to get on my boat with grappling hooks.

These guys are the enemy as well. They just interfere and really have no purpose other than to get on the news. They should have been dumped about 20 miles offshore and left.

They can voice their opinion, but when they go to the trouble of getting in the way and boarding a private boat that isn't theirs people will have a problem.......They're pirates, crappy ones at that, and should be treated as such......time to walk the plank.

It isn't a very complicated concept.

Nope, they drove their magical cars powered by unicorn milk.

I always get a kick out of these nutballs who are pulling for the downfall of the oil industry, but have no problem driving around in their gas powered car and soaking up A/C on a hot summer day.
