up unitl now his job was so much easier...the mayor of Orange Beach impressed me. We looked for this on TV out here today but the National Media did not pick it up. Thank you so much for the updates. Please keep the coming. It is very hard to be 2500 miles from home with all of this happening.

What I don't get is the apparent lack of Skimming operations going on. The press is cowering on the Beaches of FL while the Tart balls and now oil has begun to wash ashore.

What the hell is going on with that? BP seems to have the attitude that the beaches and the wild life are expendable... "We'll clean it up" How bout skimming the shite off before it washes up on shore.

The "starving quote" isn't far off the mark. Those communities survive on tourism...the hit they are about to take won't be survivable for many, many people. No humor here at all.

I encourage everyone to go down to impacted areas and watch BPs "effort" in cleaning up. They simply do not care.
