Redstick13, not in ANY way defending BP, but isn't this the way a lot of outsiders would view our industry? We seem to know who is in charge but outsiders don't seem to understand how things work.

It's exactly the way people view it. Everyone wants to conveniently forget the government's involvement with this mess.
