I wish it was as easy as you make it sound. I'm down to about a half a pack a day but I just can't shake it. Better than smoking two packs of cowboy killers a day like I used to though.

Keep on cutting back till they gone. Been off them bastards goin on 2 years, and i feel great. Food taste like it is supposed to again. Don't jump on that worm dirt either, trying to kick that addiction is tougher than them dogs. Goodluck

Grizz wide cut is my dip. I like the taste of grizzly but I always found their long cut to be to fine. So I dipped cope long cut until I bought a can of wide cut and that's all I dip now.

That grizz long cut is like throwing a pinch of Beechnut in your lip.

I might be on my own here but I like mine fairly dry and not all juicy.

My dad is in Afghanistan and he said by the time they get their cans over there, he has to soak it in water before he throws one in

Really? I hate grizzly long cut. I put a pinch in and 10 minutes later that shite is everywhere in my mouth. I find Copenhagen to be a way better long cut.

They were outta Cope WG at the store and I'm quitting tomorrow. Looks like Cope Southern will be my last can... assuming I don't cave in a week again!

Adderal and studying make quitting seemingly impossible for me. Going to try again if fail after the semester/Finals

You have to want to quit - I have been off the tin for 35 days, a not so hot dentist appointment made my decision easy this time round, especially if you have small kiddo's...I was a heavy dipper and used chantix to get me started, I was fortunate and didn't have any side effects like some I know - after 1 week I had no nicotine cravings, now it is just the gum, seeds and occasional smokey mountain to put something in my lip.
