The place I hunt in Arkansas comes out to $80/ac. So yea, ducks matter.

Sorry to hi-jack, but what would 120 acres of hard woods, creek, in Southern MS lease for per acre? It borders the Homochitto National Forest on 3 sides of the property. Located on Hwy 84 between Brookhaven and Natchez.

Deer and Turkey are all over the place as well as squirrels and a few duck. It has a 3000 sq. foot home on it that could be rented.

I used to live in BR and a lot of the guys I worked with wanted a place in South MS to hunt or go to on weekends. Is this still the case? I have a feeling I could sell it quickly but I'm not sure I want to sell yet.

Yep. I know of a couple of people looking for about that much acreage bordering the forest. You should be able to sell that easily

You wont get much for 50 acres. Best thing to do is advertise it for next year and say you are taking bids. See what kinda offers you get

* - I actually gave it to him for half price this year because of the way a timber thinning messed up his season last year.

So when that whiney lil bitch has a good year, you think he will offer to pay you double?

Email me at fratigerguy at hotmail.com.

I'm interested in leasing if you are interested. Even for the remainder of the season and turkey season. Had a place in MS that the landowner sold after we leased it.

does the lease give the lessee access to the property whenever they want or just during season? i don't really hunt, but wouldn't mind paying for a place to just go shoot guns without having to go to a range.

This, if I could get a long shot(>500 yards) safely, Id lease it out.

Where is this land on the Pearl? Are we talking Pearl River, Cross Roads, Monticello? What state is the land in? Any utilities on the property?
