I buy a 4" x 10' pvc pipe, 2 ea 4" pvc caps, 4" clean out wye. Cut the 10' pipe into 2 ea 4' long and 2 each 1' long. Drill 1/4" holes into 1 of the caps to allow water to drain. Glue the cap to 1' pvc pipe along with the wye and it will allow the corn to be eaten with out spilling. Glue the 4' pipe to wye. I drill 4 ea 1/4" holes at the top of 4' pipe to allow it to breath. I use some wire to attach it to a t-post to hold it vertical.
Fill with corn and place the top cap on the 4' pipe.
Pipe and fittings will cost around $110. Spend another $57 for two caps and wye you can make 2 complete units for less than $170.
A bag of whole corn will fill it 3 times. Normally refill it after 2 or 3 days.
Almost indestructible. I used some camo paint to blend it in. I have been using it for years and deer and turkey have been eating out of it for years.
I was thinking about maybe using 6" pipe but the fittings are too high!

I got an Outcast 350 last year from Cabela's and it's been awesome. I got tired of rebuilding Moultrie's and upgraded. Built-in solar charger, varmint proof spinner, and low to the ground so hogs can't tip it over. That thing will sting you if you're within 25' of it. I think Cabela's quit carrying them, but you can order them and have it shipped to your house. Outcast
I will say, the Treeline feeder from Tractor Supply is basically the same exact feeder, but the leg setup is a little different. It has an angle iron frame instead of square tubing like the Outcast. Everything else is pretty much the same though. TSC

They are not cheap, but a few of us went in and bought some capsule feeders and hands down the best I've used. They were great with dealing with cows and hogs not being able to get to. Not cheap but a very good product

I have an All Season feeder in front of my camp so my wife can watch deer while I'm out hunting and it works flawlessly and is big enough that I only have to refill every 4 months. I believe I paid $499 a few years ago at Buc-Ee's and would buy another in a heartbeat if I was in the market for another feeder.
