I have had 2, I think within the past 5 years, and they said I just needed to give them the minutes from the arrest

Got DUI in 05. Got license last year.
I did the 894 route in case it matters any. Also, assumed 5 was enough time passed because 8 def was
Eta- it's a nonviolent crime, however, you need to be honest about everything and get ur minutes from the courthouse.
