If you take out the $18/deer deboning fee, you end up with 182 pounds of sausage at $2.05/lb (60/40 mix) vaccum sealed, plus your other cuts packaged
overall better than most places, looking at a flyer right now for 50/50 smoked sausage with vac seal and it goes for 2.55/lb. Getting 3 deep processed at once adds up but you got a deal

I get a lot of ground deer meat made, cost hardly shite for them to do that and package it. Plus I can do so many things with ground meat.
