My understand is it really has nothing to do with sacred, that is a joke and has more to do with the threat of banning that people received. There were threats and those threats were directed to people that were not involved. Lots of koozies were passed around by various means back channel means till the clamp down happened...

Typically the threads where whacked. There was another koozie thread on the board yesterday. That thread was whacked, this one was on the first page also and not whacked.
