Reading the original post is more entertaining if you read it in the voice of Kid Rock's character in Joe Dirt.

Won a Smith and Wesson off GB last week. Its a Smith 4505. Very few were made 972 to be exact. Dealer shipped last week. Gets to BR, out for delivery yesterday and they said business was closed. Dealer was open and said they saw the fedex truck pass by the store at the time they said they attempted delivery. No information on the tracking since 12:16 yesterday. I called them and they do not know where it is located.
What are the chances my Smith ends up in some hood rats hand and commits a murder with it?

Fedex driver use to pull this all the time when we had our gun store. Quick call to the local distro center informing them that we where open, had cameras covering every inch from our store to all neighboring stores and we would be calling the ATF to report the gun missing and it would always show up within an hour in the supervisors vehicle. Fedex drivers mostly own their route so they don't give a frick. I was successfully able to get my guy removed from my store and things got WAY better.

This is what I told the supervisor at the FedEx dist center on Wednesday. Once he found out the missing package contained and handgun he was very helpful. The last thing they want is to have the alphabet police coming to pay them a visit.
