Congratulations on your camp.

When I bought my first camp which was an older house on Toledo Bend I spent more time fixing it up than fishing.

If you have the cash demo everything you need or want to demo. Fix what you want at one time versus small project here or there, This way you will be able to enjoy the camp minus minor maintenance and cutting grass.

The small project here or there never works out. It will cut into your fishing time big time to the point you spend more time fixing a camp up versus enjoying it.
