hunting those days hard!!

I’m giving it my all for sure. Hunting the morning, slipping/scouting midday and then hunting the evening. Hopefully it pays off because it’s wearing me down. I turned my tracker on this evening for the walk out, just to see how far of a walk it was. 1.83 miles from the tree I hunted to my 4 wheeler.

I was trying to avoid the one at my feet so I looped back around in the tree line. Caught something in my peripheral vision and luckily moved quick enough. He was coiled up in the fork of a tree, mouth wide open. I was shook man

Man I bet!

I’ve never seen one in a tree.

Gotta love that. It’s like they know. Happened to me up here last year. I had a real nice 9pt on camera. Hunted him all day the first 3 days of my trip without seeing a single deer. Decided on the 4th day I was going to a different spot. Got the Tactacam notification around 6:45am, he was working the scrape my camera was pointed at.
