Typically so. I definitely think about it more and more the older I get. I don't have any KNOWN medical concerns, but you never know what you don't know. I always keep something similar to Hibiclens on the boat and keep an eye on any cuts that happen when out fishing. Only time I was real worried and went to get checked out was after getting popped in the ankle by a ray in the dirtiest water you could imagine right off the front beach.
May have already been shared in this thread, but recent death from it out of BSL.
