That's the plan

I went yesterday and test drove Lariat, KR and Platinum versions in 4x4. I wish the KR came with those power running boards like the platinum, but otherwise, I preferred just about everything on the KR.

Congrats on your new truck too. My buddy in residency just got a new Platinum 4x4 also and it's very nice. White with the pecan leather interior

I like the rims better on the FX4's......the interior/leather of the KR......the power steps and look of the Platinum.

I don't understand the appeal of the King Ranch interior. It's wayyyy too much and I'd rather not have red leather seats in a truck.

eta: IMO

The leather in them is incredible.

Wouldn't like it in my truck, but it is awesome. Would be fricking incredible in a caddy

Which dealerships service dept has the best donuts? I figure I'll be spending some quality time at one, might as well go where they have bear claws and jellies.

The only donuts they have are the ones they put on their stock trucks.

Yeah, I looked at those AMP ones today. It doesn't make a huge difference and it's hard to justify the $$ to put those in instead of the boards it comes with.

I think I remember you had the 20" rims and Nitto tires on your KR? I know you had posted a picture of it, but couldn't find it. What size tires on yours and any pics?

Went looks at a truck shop today and was looking at the Nitto Terra Grapplers in a 305/55/20 which looked pretty good. Also had some nice looking wheels with almost a gunmetal finish with black accents that would probably look good on the KR.

IMO, the best size with a level is the 285/65 that BFG makes. It comes out to a 34.7 X 11.5 and won't rub at all, apparently. This will probably be my choice when it's all said and done. As for the rims, don't go aftermarket please- the KR rims looks great.

Appreciate the info. I've heard the 305 doesn't have any rub issues as long as it doesn't have lots of side treads.

the 305 is a 33"-shouldn't have any issues with rubbing.
