My stepfather gave me my first deer this year and I processed it myself. Just steaked it up. The second deer I killed myself I took it to the processor to have 50% pan sausage and 50% link sausage made.

I've seen a guy get one from hanging to de-boned in a little over 9. It's impressive

Hammonds in Bastrop. Im pretty sure that is what it is called. Head north out of town past Simmons. Take a right at the big cemetary.

I usually take mine to Hatton's in Liddieville. Been hearing good stuff about a place in Monticello outside of Epp's. Can't remember the name.

I started to take mine out to that place in Monticello the other day but the person that was giving directions sucked at giving directions so I took it back to Bastrop. The place in Bastrop processed a deer for me last year and they make good sausage.

I forgot they did that. My cousin had some made and you are right it is good. Have you tried their link sausage? I am getting the one with cheese and stuff but without the jalapenos. GF doesnt like hot foods that much.
