What I meant was that if you have the Louisiana Lifetime License, and you then move out of Louisiana, you will not have to buy a Louisiana Non-resident license, which are relatively high in price as compared to the normal resident license. I did not mean that it applies to any other state. If you hunt in any other states, you will need to buy their license.
Louisiana Lifetime license means just that - from this point forward you do not have to buy any licenses to hunt or fish in Louisiana, even if you no longer live here, with the exception of a Federal Duck Stamp.

I understood what you were saying. I was just pointing out that I have never looked into whether or not it will still be valid if you become a non-resident.

I really wasnt answering your post , instead the original person who asked the question about the license being valid instates. other .
But yes, if you become a non-resident after buying the Lifetime, you are covered and do not need licenses in Louisiana.
