Grass will hang the blade periodically but a few swift twitches of the wrist usually gets it spinning again

Good shite. I need to get some jigheads that are set up something like these hooks for fishing for reds in the grass. Or just use those hooks and a bullet weight on a cocahoe.

Those will work too, I just think the reds have a hard time ignoring the blade

I swear if we aren't crappie fishing, this is the first lure he picks up everytime. I don't care if it's 25 degrees and we fishing 30 ft. deep! He's gonna throw one of these damn things a few times every trip. I gotta give it to him, the man has faith in the lil Rapala
