Where do you live? Meplat is in Metairie. Kenny is an attorney and suppressor dealer. Makes it very easy.
Also there are places like national gun trust or silencer shop that does this nearly all online.

Do they multiple kinds or trust? If so, can you tell me how to identify the one you used ?
I used the one called the “single shot trust” on silencer shop. It’s $25 and it’s easy to add a trustee. Your dad or brother wants to borrow your suppressed deer or squirrel rifle for the weekend, bring a couple forms with you and the family member to a notary and in 10 minutes he’s been added as a trustee and can be in possession of the can without you being present.
I’m not necessarily advocating for that trust, as there may be better alternatives, but I’m telling you that’s what I’m going to do for my next can I’m buying in January.
ETA: Another good reason to have trust(s) is so you can put your spouse as a trustee. If your can is at home and your wife is at home and you aren’t, then the assholes could technically throw you and your wife in prison for 10 years because your wife had “access” to the NFA item and she didn’t pay the $200. If you have a safe and you keep it in the safe and she doesn’t know the code, then you’d be alright without her as a trustee.
Teach your wife to not open the door for police and to yell at them to show her warrant signed by a judge through the window or they can get fricked and leave, and that she does not consent to any searches.
