not sure what would have froze, no water has been run through it.
If you ran the engine without water hooked up to the pump you may have burned up the pump.

is the pump shaft turning? might be a sheared key or loose set screw.

i received the thing on Dec. 2.
You are complaining because they won't take it back almost 3 months later?

The thought never occurs to me that an out the box machine like that would completely not work.
I would say your should take this as a hard lesson learned but judging by the thread, that doesn't seem to be the case.

I’ve wondered many times why anyone would buy their UTVS. Where the hell do they perform warranty service? I’m sure as shite ain’t driving any further than the dealer where I bought it.

Thanks for the info on their return policy, just in case.
I'm pretty guilty of buying something and taking a few months to get it out of the box.
Might have to reevaluate my SOP.

Ahh, you’re one of those guys. Frick something up and then return it. You use that refund money to go get some crab legs?

Tractor Supply sucks just as much as the douchey down voters on the OB.
Maybe you shouldn't come to the OB with an OT shtick then.
Tractor Supply is what it is, but acting like Lowe's or Home Depot handles this any differently is either naive or ignorant.

Reading your tirade against TSC it reminded me of the scam you were bragging about a couple of years ago. If I remember correctly you were bringing old and used fishing rods back to Academy for exchange, taking advantage of their liberal return policy. A policy that they have gotten a lot more strict about.
Its douchebags like you that ruin things for other people with your larcenious behavior.

I bought a PTO spreader from them 2 years ago. Planted sunflowers with it. A month later I went to fertilize with it and it fell apart. I took it back for a refund or exchange. They would do neither because it wa past 30 days. This is a $600 piece of equipment. I backed my truck up to the front of the store and dumped it out. frick that store

No water ran through it at the time of the freezes. You guys are simpletons.

This entire thread is why it pays off to purchase equipment from dealerships and not box stores. Sure, might cost more but you have a service department and helpful people.

I get my propane filled there but that's about it. Definitely dont buy anything with an engine from them. As far as feed, fertilizer, seeds go. You can get a better deal with expert advice from your local Ag Store and they will load it up for you.

Wow didn't know this 30 day rule about tractor supply. For all the shite Wal-Mart gets and deserves, they pretty much ask no questions on returns.
Academy is pretty good as well.
I'm also guilty of getting stuff for Christmas and not using it until April etc.
Lowes return policy is 3 momths, home depot is 6 months.
I think 3 months is common ground for most customers.
