Im tryin to get in shape. 2 summers ago, I was running sub 19 minute 5k's. Last summer, I worked on my golf swing due to running injuries early. I just want to have a nice build

I feel you, Im trying to do the same if I could ever find time.

Sitting at featherweight 155 right now

A few years ago I hit it hard and was running 21-23 min 5K, then bulked to 175....then got busy as frick and never found the drive again.

If I weighed 155, I'd be so shredded. I'm 165 now.

OB

There is water dripping in my kitchen. It appears to be dripping from the overhead cabinets near my sink. It's not wet on the inside. Not wet on the outside. Almost like the water is dripping down through the face of the cabinet.

Do you have space above your cabinets or is there a contoured drop down of the sheet rock?

Also hold a paper towel 18" above the faucet and move the handle/knob in every position. Sometimes there is a very fine high pressure leak spraying up on the cabinet when the faucet is in use.
