I prob have 8-10 outdoor edge knives
-swing blade to clean deer
- the one with replaceable blades
-small one i keep on my bag
-caping one

Been using the same outdoor edge butcher kit from academy for the last 7 years. Beginning of the season I run them across the work sharp. The blades take an edge really well and the stainless has held up well. Must be a decent grade as it hasn’t shown any blemishes. I added a set of meat books to the cleaning arsenal and those have been a game changer for holding back straps etc while separating from the carcass.
