You're probably just jealous of the custom fish cleaning station on the dock...perfect height, nice run back towards the water so everything drains well with some sort of knife proof countertop material...electrical outlet and water faucet right there.

I am in the same situation. I have access anytime with no cost it is the perfect situation. Even better when we fish together since i have no fuel cost
