Does anyone have any experience with this Mississippi group? My buddy has sent numerous emails regarding one of their featured listings and has never received a response. He called the group's office number and was told an agent would "get back to him", which never happen. He decided to go into a different direction and purchased another tract with another group. II just thought it was odd there was no response (which cost them nearly 500K in commissions) and was wondering if anyone else had this type of inaction with this group.

He needs to know that you don't have to deal with the listing agent, or even broker directly.
He can use any agent he knows and trusts (or that will get back to him) to get info and set up a showing.
There are a number of reasons that he might have gotten radio silence, very few legitimate ones.
