that's insane! we'll be headed there in 8 days so I don't think well have to worry about snow. As for Gatlinburg, the cabin has already been booked so I guess we'll have to make the best of it.

Does anyone know if you can actually camp inside Greenbrier, or are y'all referring to Greenbrier Island campground...Or are they the same thing?? TIA

Take a boat ride across Fontana Lake and hike the Hazel Creek trail. Take a short fly rod and you can catch plenty of trout.

Uh... no. That would be FlatCreek Falls at 200ft.

I second this one. Good water falls, but THE highlight for me was the old growth forest, gives you a glimpse of what it may have been like "back in the day"

Last minute bump! Just made it to Nashville. About to head to Greenbrier and set up base camp. I think Ramsey Cascades is first on our list. TIA

Which one is the double waterfall with the bridge halfway up? That was my favorite.
