Texas Deer Leases

Anyone here with a bead on Texas lease availability? Would like to find a lease to get on long-term. Planning for next year since it's already mid-August, but would consider hopping on something this year too. I am in North Houston/Woodlands and would be interested in anything within 4-5 hours.

Going to be tough. Hit Texas Hunting & Fishing Forum and see if anyone mentions something. Pretty much anything worthwhile that might be available will require you to take all the spots so you would need a small group.
If it's a decent lease they wouldn't normally have a spot or two open. Not talking a miracle but it would be pretty rare. The problem with 4-5 hours is you overlap heavily with San Antonio/Austin to the West.
