I have had an SRO 2.5 MOA for 4 years. I had it on my M&P metal 2.0. Went to the range 3 weeks ago and during first mag red dot quit working. Came home and changed battery and still didn’t work.

Did a warranty claim with Trijicon and sent it back 2 weeks ago. Got an email today saying they couldn’t fix and sending me a brand new unit. They were very responsive and did a quick turnaround.

They did the same for me. Trijicon customer service is top notch.

In the rare case that a Trijicon product does biyr the dust, there are incredible advantages to dealing with a fully American company.

If financially limitless, Trijicon and Eotech are probably the only optics I'd purchase.

Buy once cry once. I had a buddy that had ACOG that was probably 10 years old and beat up pretty good good. It started getting moisture in the tube. Trijicon couldn't fix it so they sent him a brand new one. Made him a customer for life. All he buys is Trijicon.

What made me a believer in their products is back in 2005 I was at one of my larger sheriff's office clients. They were looking at buying 125 M4's and outfitting them with ACOG's. THey invited me to their range day demo from FN and Trijcon. The Trijicon sales guy took a TA31 that had been zero'd on one of the test rifles and threw it as far as he could. Went picked it up and threw it back. Mounted back on the M4 and never lost the zero. I was sold and so was the department.
