Yesterday when I turned it on it was blinking red twice then green twice. It did this until I held the power button down for about 10 seconds. Anyone have any experience with this?

Do you have it set up to auto update when connected to wifi? That's the only thing I can think of.

I have the collar WiFi set up to my house. Will it automatically update or do I have to do something to make it automatically update ?

I think it's supposed to auto update when updates are available and the device is connected to wifi.
