What do you use to clean your stainless steel fish frying pots/baskets?

My bayou classic stainless steel pot and basket has grease stains and black smut stains from propane on bottom of pot. I use a stainless steel scratcher with dawn dish soap to remove most of the stains, but it doesn't remove all of it.
Is there a product that works better for cleaning these stainless steel pots and pans? I used to use cast iron for fish frying and didn't have this problem.
TIA for ideas and product recommendations.

Bar keepers friend does a decent job with a rough pad.

Fryer pucks for inside and probably barkeepers friend for the outside.

Zud Cleanser and green pad. A brass grill brush gets up in those tight spots.

Spin off:
I’ve had my aluminum pot for years and it sounds a little weak/feeling thin.
Am I up for a potential disaster if the pot breaks at the bottom, lets oil out and creates a frozen turkey-like fire?
I ask this because I’ve cleaned the bottom and feel like I’ve scoured a layer of strength off.
