Afghani migrant terrorist failed to assimilate

The savage who shot our national guardsmen reportedly failed to assimilate despite being a “model” afghani ally. Who could have thought 3rd world people wouldn’t adapt to western life?

I read it as the CIA would not have taken him before 18, so he has to be older than he claims.
