Let's flip it around. It's a year after 9/11. We can take out Osama Bin Laden. we know he will be in a motorcade leaving some function. He might have a family member with him, one who happens to not be a "child" but a 30 year old who furthers the OBL ideology publicly and has been sanctioned by the world for it.
I think 99 percent of Presidents tell the operation to proceed.
Let's flip it around. It's a year after 9/11. We can take out Osama Bin Laden. we know he will be in a motorcade leaving some function.
