Rioting aside, what happened?
Guy had a weapon and threatened the LEO with it?
Guy didn't have a weapon but, due to the position of one of the LEO's the vehicle was used as a weapon?
LEO never was in danger after perp reentered the vehicle to flee?
LEOs in pursuit of a fleeing vehicle allow the vehicle to flee, every day, in an effort to reduce damage to innocents down the road. They KNOW who the suspect is, and what the warrant is for, and KNOW how much danger they pose to the community - so react accordingly. What was the warrant for?
Release the footage, and start incarcerating the rioters.

This assumes they make a conscious decision about what dead moron to support. They don't. It's simply about opportunity to loot or get money for supposed 'injustices' and 'systemic racism.'

He was shot because of air freshener.

Cops pull people over for anything hanging from the rear view mirror. It's a pretextual stop. They are just looking for a reason to run your info or search the vehicle.
