I know it's common and I'm not specifically knocking BR for attempting this, I just think it's an incredibly pointless thing to do. No one on the planet that is likely to commit a violent crime is going to turn in their stolen (or illegally purchased) firearm for a $25 gas card. It's just not going to happen. They may get a few broken pistols that someone found in Uncle Joes storage shed, but that wasn't going to be used to rob a liquor store anyway.

I'm not even sure that's a 30-30. Looks like an antique that would have fired black powder rimfire cartridges.
