What he actually should do is create a Constitutional Amendment for the House and Senate to vote on capping the Court at nine justices.
This is a major, major crisis that’s just begging to occur, and either the Republicans or Democrats can expand it inciting a civil war if they ever gain a super majority.
This Amendment should be supported by both Democrats and Republicans because if they don’t, it WILL be used against one of them sometime in the future, perhaps repeatedly until we have 39+ Justices on the Court creating chaos.

Why did that a-hole come to Austin to deliver his BS speech? They shut down 2 main highways running from the airport right through downtown. What a mess.
