HHS and CDC are at the same level. They both report to the executive.

The CDC is not being denied the data. They are just not privy to the data first.

You know the difference. Redfield, director of the CDC is a deep state anti-Trumper. Whereas Alex Azar is a Trump baw. We don't need our data negatively biased before publication.

CDC is a division of HHS. CDC reports to HHS.
