Do you think that a President of the United States is subject to the laws of the United States? Just like everyone else here is.

How delusional are you really?

There is no conceivable scenario that a sitting POTUS will be subpoenaed without concrete and clear as day evidence implicating him in a crime.

The constitution provides for a legal check on the President, it's called Congress holding impeachment hearings. If you don't have enough evidence to justify that, then that's life pal.

Please stop pretending you have any interest in the truth and being fair and impartial to Trump.

Yes, he's beholden to Congress and their constitutional check of impeachment proceedings, the electoral college and the 25th amendment.

He's not beholden to an employee of the branch he leads taking legal action against him in the name of the office he holds.

I'd say he's beholden to the law. Just like everyone else.

You talk about the law. In this country, you investigate the crime and find a suspect. Your hero Mueller is investigating people to find a crime. He's turning the law on its fricking head and you and the rest of the progressive totalitarians are cheerleading it on.

Right.

And the law doesn't allow for an executive branch employee or the courts being allowed to take enforceable legal action in court of law against his boss, the sitting POTUS.

That's congress's job. If Mueller really wants to go after Trump, he's free to make his final report as damning for Trump as it can be to get him impeached. Other than that, there's nothing he can do.

With that said, the most the constitution provides for executive branch employees is a majority of the cabinet invoking a provision in the 25th amendment that allows the cabinet to authorize congress to remove the President. And that's it. Too bad Mueller is not a cabinet officer.

If you are an attorney you suck at it. If you were Trump's Attorney I hope you would not advise him to talk to Mueller under ANY circumstances.

NEVER, EVER talk to the Feds. DON'T DO IT. They can compel you to appear but they CANNOT make you talk. Show them 5 fingers and smile. Don't answer a single question nothing you say can help you.

Ya you need to go read some history my friend...

The judiciary cannot bring action against the executive unless directed by the legislative branch.

And Donald Trump as president is essentially no longer a person. He is now the executive so good luck dec
ETA: I mean they can bring action against anyone but it’s Trumps Doj and they won’t abd legislative oversight would end that.

Mueller'as out of a job as soon as trump replaces the old hag on the supremes and that's going to happen by March. Mueller's trying to prevent his own jail sentence, for the uranium deal.

Where in the constitution is the judiciary allowed to take legal and enforceable action against the leader of the executive branch himself?

Trump isn't a just a person, he's the executive branch itself now.
