Under normal demo-rat virtue signaling guidelines, yes, it would be difficult.
Being the killer was an illegal immigrant welcomed by all democrats and the victim was a legal immigrant that follows the law.......
Dem support unanimously goes to the illegal immigrant.

Maybe Boasberg or an activist judge can pull this "victim of white, christian nationalism" out of US prison and humanely deport him back to Colombia?
