I don’t understand the talking points about this.

There’s obviously burnt bodies being recovered and don’t want pictures of it or people to see it out of respect for their families.

Do you really think they have any respect for the people there?

Care to post some of these YT videos? I’d watch them. It’s crazy nobody really gives a shite or in reality they don’t know because it isn’t hitting programming

They are all over the place, but one channel is pretty much giving a steady stream of videos, called Hustle Bitch.. Awful channel name but the content has not been bad. A lot of it is video and interviews, clips from other people etc, so it's not just one guy's perspective. Tulsi Gabbard's channel has a lot of stuff as well. She recommends donating to hawaiicommunityfoundation to help, because it's local. She has blistered the government's response on this issue. Those two channels are a good place to start and naturally there will be a lot of recommendations based on those videos.

The guy at Hustle Bitch is pretty reasonable. Some commenters wanted him to go down the rabbit hole of directed energy weapons and he addressed it but certainly did not embrace it - just said 'watch and make up your own mind'. Most people would probably say he is not a fan of government and likely leans right. Channel name is his way of saying 'stop complaining and just get out there and hustle'.

This issue is being addressed by a lot of people.

Sabby Sabs is way far left and she has a few videos up, like talking about Obama and Oprah gaslighting people about this Maui situation, and she even pulls up tweets from Michael Shellenberger.

And Jimmy Dore has had several videos about Maui. In this video the show addresses the black fences, media blackout, what people think is some sort of special police force that they've never seen before, and other issues.

There's more but that's a few. Everyone across the political spectrum is raising the BS flag on Maui. Every layer of government from local police to the President has dropped the ball on this.

What you're alluding to is a major part of my campaign. If you go watch my videos you'll see a very consistent theme emerging - we must have the People more self-sufficient and less reliant on government.

This is not a topic I wanted to address here because it can get lengthy and I also don't want to throw insults at people in Hawaii at a time like this, but here is a very short take:
I am bothered by the number of people in the Maui videos that are talking about the need for government help, particularly from the federal government. The more reliant people are, on the government, the more control the government can exert. It's a bad situation. I want that reversed.

That said, there is still a role for government. When it comes to common sense decisions like allocation of water, that's local, and citizens depend on just a little bit of brain power by government officials to make sure water is available for firefighters. That didn't happen in Maui. Also, when there is a need for specialized equipment, like aircraft firefighting assets or similar stuff, your state and federal governments have a role to play. This was very clearly a complete failure of government.

It's clear that too many people and too many states rely on things like FEMA. I want a total reform of that situation. I want FEMA to mostly be an information agency and if they're going to provide things it should be at supersonic speed direct to states and localities so they can then distribute items. Specialized equipment should be a federal asset that can be deployed at a moment's notice. States and localities can have the stuff as well, but a backstop at the federal level should also exist. Two is one and one is none - you must have redundancy.

I get your message though - and I'm all for it. However...There's still a role for government and citizens ought to be able to trust the government to not turn a bad situation into a disaster.

Keep posting about this stuff, I may hate on you but I do respect that you think you’ll win , even though you won’t. If you didn’t have this mentality you shouldn’t run. Just like a race or competition, you don’t go to compete , you go to win. So props for that.

The government is needed, even if you’re conservative and value small govt but it needs taken down and fixed by we the people.

If the questions you ask are did the gov intentionally destroy Lahaina or tainted fuel in Florida, then you’re asking retard conspiracy questions…momentoftruth type stuff.

How large of an area was burning?

How do SMS emergency notifications go out?

The narrative is that the warning system was for tsunamis and they were concerned people would go to higher ground where the fires were coming from.

Seems to me people would naturally not run towards smoke and fire.

it was an accident how does it happen at 30 locations?

Idk. Let’s see if we can use common sense and figure it out.

It couldn’t be that the error occurred at a supply point, could it? No, no way. Can’t be that.

Probably a massive conspiracy.

Ignore everything you read from all government or media agencies.

SDVTiger and his internet journalist sources have their finger on the true pulse of the situation.

Or they are lying about something.

Some people do not trust the government at all and assume any thing they say is a lie.

Count me in that numbe4

Idiots will be ignorant. Shows how much of a bubble they live in. Probably why they think their candidate has a chance when he’s 50 pts down

This doesn't happen in Chemical Manufacturing because every truck and railcar are sampled before offload.
Gas Stations do not do this because the inherent risk is not there. I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often. Seems like there should be some fail safes like diesel and gas specific hookups. Any truck drivers or gas station attendants on here?
