I agree. Murray is very bright, I don't understand why he took that stance during their discussion. Just had a bad day I suppose. He's usually much better.

If everyone was morally decent then the libertarian society would work. Unfortunately there are evil people who do want to destroy any libertarian or free society there is to take power. Libertarianism at its core is about destroying power, and the dregs of society won’t put up with that. They’ll seize it for themselves. The libertarians have been damn right about war though.
