There go projecting again. I really think you would be a lot happier if you took the White sheets off, grew a brain cell and joined the community of civilized humankind.

that is not the subject of this thread

Is it because they felt like they got one over on "the man"? It seemed like it didn't matter if he was innocent or guilty.
I would say that's pretty accurate. It's an unfortunate but understandable remnant of centuries of robbed justice of black people. That case was decided in 1995 - even relatively young black people at that time had lived through shocking abuses of their justice on a daily basis.

No, it was a symbolic victory over the heavy handed treatment the LAPD in the past.
And how exactly does this give justice to the two victims murdered and their families?

I wonder if that is the justification for not tipping, particularly white waiters/waitresses ?

I'm not old and I know he's the truck driver that got pulled out of his truck and got the shite beat out of him plus a brick to the head. I remember watching all this shite go down sitting in my college apartment. It was crazy, we would draw straws to see who had to go get more beer.

What makes you think White waiters and waitresses are being singled out?

Yeah, unwittingly.
I read that reference and thought, "I must be smart for knowing who April Glaspie is".
Followed quickly by the thought, "Damn, I must be old for knowing who April Glaspie is".
