Prove it. You made a claim. Back it up.
If we validate that, we can discuss California not permitting employee travel to states that don't permit abortion to California standards. Once, of course, you provide evidence.

ok. lemme google that for you.

(JTA) – A federal appeals court upheld an Arkansas state law requiring all public contractors to promise they won’t boycott Israel on Wednesday, overturning an earlier ruling that the contract violated the First Amendment.
The ruling by the the St. Louis-based U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit was a major victory for pro-Israel activists who have pushed around 30 states to adopt so-called “anti-BDS” laws — intended to strike back against the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions movement targeting Israel — in recent years. The plaintiffs say they plan to appeal to the Supreme Court, a process which could result in a nationwide showdown over the constitutionality of all anti-boycott laws.

Jewish and pro-Israel groups including the Orthodox Union, the American Jewish Committee, StandWithUs and the Brandeis Center joined 16 states in filing briefs defending the state law.
16 states. Again, name one other country that state legislatures have drawn up laws to prohibit the mere boycotting of that country. Can you name another one? No, you can't.

Imagine for a second that Democrats passed state laws requiring anyone taking money from the state on a contract, even news papers, to pledge that they wouldn't divest or boycott CHINA.
Imagine the outrage. lol (and rightfully so)

I looked up a random bid from TXSmartBuy, the centralized clearingplace for bids for the state of Texas (public agencies.)
No mention of Israel, but there was this:

Way to deflect. We're not talking about DEI bullshite right now. We're talking ADL and the Zionist sect of Jews.
But are you telling me that the DEI people captured Texas? lol and people think TEXIT has a chance? You can't even keep this crap outta your state government procurement policies.

Ok, so "won't boycott" somehow turns into discriminatory conduct? Restricting conduct, versus banning the restriction of conduct, are not the same.
The fact the Orthodox Union (who I know nothing about) endorses it, means nearly no Jew in Chicago or NYFC supports the premise.
On China you say? The EU? Whhaaa?

It's this house divided stuff that makes outsiders get so much leverage with us. A lot of the craziest pro-Israel laws are in red states.
The Louisiana legislature passed a resolution to commend Israel for being awesome. They did this on the anniversary of when Israel attacked one of our naval ships. You can't help but be in awe of this shite.

I'm never going to defend that, especially after hearing from the survivors.
That doesn't condemn the state, or its citizens, 70 ish years later.

Bro, we commended Israel on the same day that they attacked us. Sessions are limited so it wasn't a 1/365 chance but it certainly would have been super easy to do it a different day or you know, don't do it at all.
They passed the pro-Israel resolution on the day when they had to vote on the budget that they later complained that they didn't have time to read. Let that sink in.
Look. you're clearly going to do all sorts of mental gymnastics to ignore this stuff. How about you just come back and gloat when Elon even manages to win anything against the ADL.

1967. Who was president? So is it (D) or (R) that love Israel (just say Jews?) The ADL is a worthless leftie org.
And we don't have any versions of this occurring recently, do we?
It's not ignoring anything, it's acknowledgement of complicated circumstances. The British did great with Lebanon, the carving up of the Ottoman Empire didn't seem to go so well, even not considering Israel. If there is ignorance, it typically comes from Israel/Jew haters, which I'm surprised this thread hasn't been invaded by yet.

A small minority is the reality and if the ADL is slandering and libeling Musk to do material harm to him, they could be forced to back off and back track or face financial ruin.
