Is Charles Manson innocent in your mind?
Manson was never charged federally. Under the federal conspiracy statute, Bernie Sanders could have been charged for the congressional baseball shooting. If the venue for that trial were McDowell County, West Virginia, he'd be convicted. And you and boosie would be skyscreaming about that, but you and he are perfectly OK with it when it's a right-wing figure that's convicted.

No shite. A DC jury doesn't give a frick about anything other than political affiliation.

A simple yes or no would suffice, bub

Hundreds of guys smashed nothing, but at least those damned DC juries are holding them accountable as well.
Most of the window smashing was done by Antifa/BLM infiltrators. There was one group that was using a pole with an American flag on it to try and break glass. A big old real MAGA stopped them.

Guess you didn't see the actual clips that JadenX took or any of the other videos. Maybe this is why. Or maybe you are one of those bots.

If you think Manson is comparable to Enrique Tarrio, you're even more brainwashed than I thought. To suggest that Tarrio had even a fraction of control over the Proud Boys that Manson did over his followers is to strain credulity.

How many of the other protesters (eg Kavanaugh hearings) have ever been tried and imprisoned on these charges?
Hard to take seriously these charges when the same progressives commuted the sentences of the FALN bombers...

Uninformed Useful Idiot.
I recall a historic church burned in front of the White House in 2020. I also recall leftists useful idiots stormed the fences of the White House that same summer. HUNDREDS of other riots and Federal, Local and State Government buildings burned and vandalized.
But OMG Jan 6!!! AAAGGHH!! Dimocracy and shite, bro. LOL

Many of them were arrested, then bonded out with a warning that if they protested again, they wouldn't be bonded out during the weekend. Imagine the skyscreaming from NawlinsTiger9 and boosie if they were charged with seditious conspiracy and held without bond.

I'm not playing your stupid game. To equate Enrique Tarrio with Charles Manson is itself a false equivalency and proof that you and the rest of the "above-the-fray" crowd have zero actual interest in a good-faith debate.

Because you know that if you answer honestly, your entire “but he wasn’t there!!” bullshite is out the window
That’s why you’re squealing about me comparing the two when I’m not even doing that. Distracting from the real point because you know you’re fricking wrong.

Because your question is bullshite. Manson was charged under a CA conspiracy law, not the federal statute, which is the basis for Tarrio's charge. They're completely differently laws. And again, your comparison of Tarrio and Manson is also bullshite. Tarrio is not a cult leader. His control of the fellow Proud Boys is not what Manson's was over his followers, so yes his not being present is relevant. You're just pissed because someone is holding a mirror up to your ideals and showing them to complete bullshite. You and your ilk wax poetic about criminal justice reform and then shill for the very kind of statutes that lead to mass incarceration, just so long as the defendants have the wrong political views.

I asked if he was innocent
It’s a fricking softball question dawg
Yes or no or piss off, this ain’t hard

No it isn't. You're comparing two different charges in two different jurisdictions, with two completely different individuals.
