Judge rules feds in Minneapolis immigration operation can’t detain or tear gas peaceful protesters…

In normal times, I would tend to agree with such a ruling. Yet we do not live in normal times. Who defines what constitutes a “peaceful protest” is indeed a major source of division in this country.
