Arbitrary rules again.

quote:

So you do have the right to keep them from living where they want if they don't do that? Where do you get that right from?
Laws from a governed society, you know like the one you are living in?

So who are we to say they can't vote too?

I don't care if they can vote. The government and its laws are just all a bunch of made-up BS that doesn't actually exist except in peoples' minds.

I mean, North Korea is a governed society, too.

So a chunk of Utah held by the Feds is why Omar can't stroll across the border and setup shop?

So I don't see people crossing into "public property" as an affront to me
How about the damage and crime on a ranchers land they decide to trespass through?

Do you like churches? Gyms? Clubs? They all follow the premise of anarchy.

Anarchy means rules without rulers.

Leaders have to convince you an idea is worth following and worth contributing money.

Rulers only have to halfheartedly say that things would have been worse if they didn't extort money from you and forced you to comply.

Leaders > Rulers. The fact that politicians call themselves leaders is laughable.

No one is saying they shouldn't suffer repercussions for committing actual crimes against someone's property.

So some laws are okay.

Yes, some laws are OK and some are arbitrary and meaningless, like immigration laws.

Can you rephrase that? I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

quote:

How about the damage and crime on a ranchers land they decide to trespass through?

What about it? It's not my concern, and I wouldn't know how to deal with their problems anyway. That's sort of the point of land being privately owned. They care for it. They know the issues it has. They're the ones that are best suited to deal with the problems.

"Public property" can be vast, and there's no way for the government to care for all of it, much less patrol or monitor it. That's what hurts private property owners.

I guess we will agree to disagree, seems odd no country in the world can be held up as a glowing example of such an society.

Laws that are somewhat logical and not brought about by a statist government would be nice.

I'm not some centralized authority that's going to come up with all the laws. I don't claim to know what's right for everyone else like the government and its voters do. Why don't we all put the guns down and then people can figure out what's best for them?

Judges are professional opinion givers. You can have a system where the legal system isn't monopolized, and a set of laws can be accumulated through rulings. There is really no need for "lawmakers."

There is a time when we should heed a certain cause
'Cause the world, it seems is riding it's line
'Cause there's a chance for taking
In needing our own lives
It seems we need nothing at all

I used to feel, I should give away my heart
And it shows that we are needing in there
Then I read the headlines
And it said they're dying there
And it showed that we was heeding a stand

We are the world, we are the children
We are the one to make a brighter day
So let's start giving
There's a chance we're taking
We're taking our whole lives
It's true, we'll make a brighter day
Just you and me

Give them your heart
And you will see that someone cares
'Cause you know that they can't feed them all
Then I read the paper
And it said that children die
And it shows that soon can we work hard

We are the world, we are the children
We are the one to make a brighter day
So let's start giving
But there's a chance we're taking
We're taking our whole lives
It's true, we'll make a brighter day
Just you and me

Now there's a time when we must love at all
And it seems that life, it don't make love at all
But everyday and I love you more and more
It's she and I, didn't do it better

We are the world
(The world)
We are the children
(Are the children)
We are the ones to make a brighter day
So let's starting giving
(Let's start giving)

There's a chance we're taking
We're taking our whole lives
It's true, we'll make a brighter day
Just you and me

We are the world
(Are the world)
We are the children
(Are the children)
We are the one to make a brighter day
So let's start giving
(So let's start giving)

There's a chance we're taking
(Taking)
We're taking our whole lives
It's, true we'll make a brighter day
Just you and me

We are the world
(Sha la)
We are the children
(Sha lingay)
We are the one to make a brighter day
(Sha la)
So let's start giving
('Cause that's what we're being)

There's a chance we're taking
We're taking our whole lives
It's true, we'll make a brighter day
Just you and me

We are the world
(Sha la)
We are the children
(Sha lingay)
