Who makes the rulings?

Who makes the "rulings" in the Utopia?

You said this.
Judges are professional opinion givers. You can have a system where the legal system isn't monopolized, and a set of laws can be accumulated through rulings. There is really no need for "lawmakers."
So if I name a bunch of radical judges in my two term presidency how does that affect you Utopia?

So you think that some people can come together, threaten people with violence to follow their arbitrary rules and everything is going to work out fine and we're the ones who want a utopia? Is that what I'm getting here?

First off, I don't have a utopia.
Secondly, those judges were appointed, not chosen by people needing a judge.

What's the policy on illegal immigration for those racists in Japan you seem to always be defending?

So what country are you going to go to? Where is this Utopia where we have laws that you agree with?

I don't have a utopia. You're the one who supports the state. Not me.

Think of them like private arbitrators today. You have a dispute. You can't resolve it. You decide on a judge who has a reputation for being fair.

Where does this judge come from?

Ah yes there isn't one is there?

So the whole world is governed by states or the remnants of states and this proves some point you're making? Is that right?
